SPORTS REP CHECKLIST
Dear CABC board and sports reps, we are currently updating this website. We will add a widget to make it easier for you to complete your checklist. In the meantime, please do the following:
- Post the link to this website in your team SportsYou app asking parents to consider attending the ball.
- Communicate to your team players about the student athlete raffle that supports the booster ball. Maybe that is an email, SportsYou, X or Instagram, Facebook group, WhatsApp, etc—whatever the best way your team communicates. Each team player is encouraged to sell a minimum of $25 dollars worth of raffle tickets by Friday, February 28, 2025. Add instructions for donors to select their sport at purchase. The sport that sells the most tickets wins a $100 donation by the CABC. We hope to increase that donation if sales exceed expectations. We will also ask the coaches to push this student raffle with the players directly, but we would like this initial push to come from the CABC to the parents.
- Please keep updated on your team’s auction basket sign-up genius. Continue to encourage your parents to fill the slots.
